A Little More About Me.
Dr. Nancy Goldman is an experienced coach who is certified in conflict coaching and basic mediation, and is a professionally trained ombudsman. She is a volunteer mediator at The Bronx Small Claims Court and The New York Center for Interpersonal Development in Staten Island. She studied conflict resolution at Teachers College, Columbia University where she received a Master's degree in Communication and Computing Technology, a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, and a Doctorate of Education from the Social and Organizational Psychology department where she is currently faculty. Dr. Goldman has been helping business professionals lead themselves so they can lead others in the workplace through teaching, training, and coaching for over 15 years.
A current member of faculty at New York University, she teaches courses such as Spirituality: Mindfulness, Meaning and Purpose in the Workplace; Organizational Change; Creativity and Innovation; Organizational Behavior; Narrative: Storytelling and Employee Engagement; and Corporate Culture and Organizational Learning.
