One-on-One Private Session
This is a private and confidential conversation to help you understand different perspectives and explore your options. You'll leave with the skills and strategies necessary to manage a dispute and a plan for moving forward.

Ombudsman
Available on a Short-Term or Long-Term Contract Basis
As a professionally trained organizational ombuds, I work with individuals and groups to manage conflict. I help parties explore their options so they can make informed choices about how to move forward. I do this by being impartial, confidential, neutral. and independent of any overseeing body in the organization.



Mediation
As a neutral third party, I help disputing parties clarify their issues and communicate in a way that avoids blame so that may reach a mutually satisfactory agreement. As a mediator, I have no power to make a decision or render legal advice. Mediation provides a cost-efficient, time sensitive, confidential alternative to litigation and can help parties preserve their relationships.

Facilitated Discussion
A facilitated discussion is a process that allows 2 or more disputing parties to gather information about, and clarify, the causes of a conflict. I create a trusting environment and safe way for the parties to express themselves. I support the parties so they can find sustainable solutions and meet their goals.
